Why Innate Dental Solutions.
Transparent. Honest. Singular Focus.
Most dental implant practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area look similar from the outside: white-coat photos, vague "personalized treatment plans," and a phone number to call for a quote you'll only get after a sales appointment. We're built differently. Here's what that means for you.
What sets Innate apart
Each of these is a deliberate choice. None of them is accidental.
1. Published, all-inclusive prices
Single implant $2,100 for the implant placement — $4,000 complete with the custom crown. Snap-on dentures $8,000. Fixed full arch $13,000. Malo Bridge under $20,000. Every quoted price includes consultation, 3D imaging, surgery, sedation, extractions, abutments, and final restoration. No add-ons quoted later. The number you see is the number you pay.
Industry standard: "Personalized estimate provided after evaluation."
2. Implants only. Nothing else.
We don't do cleanings. We don't do general dentistry. We don't do orthodontics. We place dental implants — single, snap-on, fixed full arch, Malo Bridge, and zygomatic implants for severe bone loss. Every piece of equipment, every protocol, every staff member is built around that one procedure. Specialists outperform generalists in every field. Dentistry is no exception.
Industry standard: Implants offered alongside dozens of other services.
3. Honest timelines. No 24-hour promises.
The honest truth about implant dentistry: surgery takes 1-3 hours, recovery takes 2-5 days, osseointegration (bone fusion) takes 4-6 months, and final restoration follows that. We won't advertise a faster process than the biology allows. The patients who arrive here from practices that over-promised are usually the ones with the most complicated cases to fix.
Industry standard: "Permanent teeth in 24 hours" marketing claims.
4. Honest about what makes implants last
Osseointegration — the process of the implant fusing with your jawbone — is highly dependent on patient compliance. Hygiene, overall health, smoking, periodontal (gum) disease, and certain medications all influence whether an implant integrates and stays healthy over the long term. Because the outcome depends so heavily on factors within the patient's control, we don't advertise a blanket warranty against implant failure. We'd rather set honest expectations and partner with you to protect your investment.
Your prosthesis is covered, with coverage scaled to the material: the zirconia bridge on our Malo Bridge (All-on-4) carries a lifetime warranty, and the snap-on prosthesis is covered for 1 year. If the prosthesis cracks or chips, we replace it. These prosthesis warranties apply to cracks or chips in the prosthesis only — not to ordinary wear and tear, complications with implant integration, or other implant failure.
Industry standard: Blanket "implant failure" guarantees that quietly exclude the patient-driven factors that cause most failures.
5. One location. Built for you.
We're not part of a national chain making capital-allocation decisions in another state. We're an independent Plano practice, accountable to the patients we see every day. Your reviews are visible to us. Your outcomes are our reputation. The doctor who places your implants will still be in this building in 10 years.

Three questions worth asking any implant provider
These are the questions that separate practices that put patients first from practices optimized for sales conversion.
"What is your full-arch implant price, today, all-inclusive?"
If the answer is "we'll tell you after the consultation," ask why. The honest answer should match the price you see on the website. If there is no website price, ask why that is.
"Will the same surgeon place my implants who consults with me today?"
Continuity matters most in implants because the original surgeon understands your specific anatomy, the surgical approach used, and the bone behavior over time. Rotating doctors is a sign of a corporate workflow, not patient-centered care.
"What does your warranty cover, specifically, in writing?"
Many "lifetime warranties" cover only the prosthetic component (the visible teeth), not the implant integration, not wear, and not biological complications. Get the specifics in writing before signing anything.
Why local matters in implant dentistry
You'll see Dr. Oz in this building for the next 20 years. He is not relocating. He is not part of a chain that may change ownership or close locations. The reviews patients leave about Innate Dental Solutions are reviews of his actual work — and he reads them.
In the Dallas-Fort Worth implant market, you can choose a national brand with hundreds of locations, a multi-office group with rotating doctors, or you can choose an independent practice that lives and dies on the outcomes it produces. Each model has tradeoffs. We chose the third for reasons we think benefit patients most.
