Where we are, from The Colony
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 9 miles east of The Colony and roughly 18 minutes’ drive, which is one of the shortest runs to our office from anywhere in Denton County. SH-121 does the work: east across the top of Carrollton to the Dallas North Tollway, then south a few miles and off at Plano Parkway.
There is one Innate office, in Plano. Nothing in The Colony, no satellite and no visiting clinic. Implants are all the practice does, and every price is published up front rather than quoted once you are in the chair.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from The Colony come to us
The Colony is a compact city of about 46,000 wrapped around the eastern shore of Lake Lewisville, and it sits close enough to Plano that the usual suburban trade-off barely applies. Eighteen minutes is not a journey you plan a day around; it is the same order of drive as crossing your own city in Dallas or Fort Worth. That matters more for implant treatment than people expect, because the schedule is longer than the surgery: a full-arch case runs from a consultation to a surgical day and then a handful of shorter review and fitting appointments over the following months.
If you are researching this from The Colony you are probably also looking at Frisco, which sits immediately east of you and is our nearest neighboring catchment. Our Frisco page covers the same treatments from that side of SH-121. The substance is identical wherever you start from: an implant-only surgical team, a CBCT scan included in the free consultation, and all-inclusive pricing written into the plan — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, under $20,000 per arch for a Malo bridge. For a city the size of The Colony, having that inside a twenty-minute drive is worth using.

Getting here from The Colony
SH-121 east to the Dallas North Tollway, south a few miles, then off at Plano Parkway and a short run west — about 9 miles and 18 minutes with clear roads. Rush hour tends to add ten minutes rather than double the trip. Both SH-121 and the Tollway are toll roads on the stretches you will use.
Free surface parking is directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor. A consultation takes around an hour, so from The Colony the whole visit — drive, scan, discussion and drive home — fits inside a morning with time left over.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
