Where Our Patients Come From

One office in Plano. Patients drive in from across North Texas and travel in from Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

One office in Plano. Patients from four states.

Innate Dental Solutions operates a single surgical practice, at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Suite 200, Plano. We do not have satellite offices across the metroplex and we are not going to imply otherwise by putting a city name on a page.

What we do have is a reason for people to drive. The practice places implants and nothing else, the laboratory is in the building, and every price is published before you book. For patients inside the Plano ring that is a short trip. For patients an hour or more out, it is usually a planned one — and the in-house laboratory is what makes it work, because the provisional teeth are made here and delivered the day after surgery rather than sent out and waited on.

Travelling in? If you are more than an hour out, we can do the first consultation by phone or video and review a panoramic X-ray or CT scan your own dentist emails over, so your first drive is a treatment visit rather than a conversation. See out-of-town patients, or the 48-hour pathway.

Do not see your town? We still see you — this list stops at roughly 5,000 residents and plenty of our patients come from smaller places. Call (972) 519-0990.

Travelling in from Oklahoma, Arkansas or Louisiana

A large share of our full-arch patients are not local. They come from across the Red River, from the Arkansas and Louisiana line, and from towns three to six hours out. It is worth explaining why that happens, because on the face of it driving half a day for dental surgery sounds odd.

Two things make it work. The first is the arithmetic: full-arch treatment is quoted all-inclusive here and published before you book, and for most travelling patients the difference against a local quote is larger than the cost of the trip. The second is the laboratory. It is in our building, so the provisional teeth are milled on site and delivered the day after surgery rather than sent out to a lab and waited on. That is what compresses a course of treatment into a short stay instead of a series of long drives.

How it works if you are more than a couple of hours out

  • Start without travelling. The first consultation can be done by phone or video. Your own dentist can email us a panoramic X-ray or CT scan to review beforehand.
  • Get the number in writing before you commit to a trip. You should know the all-inclusive price and the plan before you book a hotel, not after you arrive.
  • Plan the visit around the surgery. Most full-arch patients need one main treatment visit and a small number of follow-ups. We schedule those around how far you are coming.
  • Stay close. There are hotels within walking distance of the office, and both DFW and Love Field are a straightforward drive. The out-of-town patients page has the detail.
Be realistic about what cannot be done remotely. A CBCT has to be taken here. The bite has to be adjusted in person over more than one visit, and gums change shape as they heal, so the final prosthesis is not made on day one. Any practice promising a finished result in a single trip with no follow-up is overselling it. What we will do is tell you honestly, before you drive, how many visits your case is likely to need.

If you are coming from the Texoma towns, Durant, Texarkana, Shreveport or further, see the 48-hour pathway — it is built around exactly this: one short stay, fixed provisional teeth before you drive home.

What is the same wherever you travel from

The prices on this site are the prices, and they do not change by postcode. Single implant $2,100, or $4,000 with the crown. Snap-on denture $8,000 per arch. Fixed full arch $13,000 per arch. Malo Bridge under $20,000 per arch on special through December 31, 2026, against a standard fee of $27,500 — terms here. Zygomatic or pterygoid work on an upper arch adds $10,000.

The consultation is free and includes a 3D CBCT scan and a written all-inclusive price, a $400 value. The warranty terms are published rather than described. Financing runs to 120 months subject to approval.
