Where we are, from Sachse
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 15 miles northwest of Sachse and about 25 minutes. The President George Bush Turnpike picks up just west of town and runs most of the way: west to the Dallas North Tollway, north a short distance, then off at Plano Parkway. If you would rather not pay the toll, Renner Road west across Richardson and north on Custer is the alternative, at the cost of a string of traffic lights.
Sachse sits across the Collin and Dallas county line with something over 27,000 residents at the last census and a good deal of growth since. We have one office, in Plano, and implants are the only work done in it. There is no Sachse location and no visiting clinic.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Sachse come to us
Sachse is well placed for most things and awkwardly placed for a few. It sits between Garland, Wylie, Murphy and Rowlett, which means a reasonable spread of general dentistry within ten minutes in several directions, and no particular reason for a specialist discipline to set up inside the city limits. Implant surgery is one of those disciplines.
That is worth knowing because full-arch implant work does not reward convenience the way routine dentistry does. It means reading a CBCT scan to see the bone you actually have, planning around the sinus and the nerve, managing extractions on the day, judging whether an arch can take teeth immediately, and building a prosthesis meant to last for decades. Those are judgements sharpened by doing the procedure constantly, which is only possible at a practice that does nothing else.
The particulars do not change by city. Implants exclusively. One surgical team from the first scan to the final teeth. A 3D CBCT included in the free consultation. And an all-inclusive written price — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge — that already contains the imaging, the sedation, any extractions and the restoration, so there is nothing to add back later.
Getting here from Sachse
The turnpike is the simple answer: join the President George Bush Turnpike west of Sachse, run west to the Dallas North Tollway, north a short way, and exit at Plano Parkway. Around 15 miles and about 25 minutes, tolled on both sections. The toll-free version is Renner Road west across Richardson, then north on Custer Road to Plano Parkway, which adds perhaps five to ten minutes depending on the lights.
Parking is free and directly in front of the building. Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator, and a consultation takes about an hour.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
