Where we are, from Carrollton
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 9 miles northeast of Carrollton and about 20 minutes. The President George Bush Turnpike east to the Dallas North Tollway and north to Plano Parkway is the quick line. From the Hebron and Josey side, Frankford Road or Trinity Mills east across to Midway and then north is an easy toll-free run.
Carrollton is a city of around 133,000 spread across three counties, which is larger than most people realise from the inside. We have one office, in Plano, and implants are the only work done there — no Carrollton branch, no satellite and no visiting surgeon.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Carrollton come to us
A city of 133,000 has plenty of dentists, and Carrollton genuinely does — along Josey Lane, through the Old Downtown area, and in the Korean-language practices clustered near Old Denton Road and the turnpike. Finding a dentist is not the problem. Finding a practice where full-arch implant surgery is the only thing on the schedule is a different search, and it is not one that a single suburb usually answers.
The reason it matters is the nature of the work. Implant surgery means judging bone from a three-dimensional scan rather than a flat X-ray, working around the sinus above and the nerve below, handling extractions in the same visit, deciding whether an arch can be loaded with teeth immediately, and delivering a prosthesis that has to hold up for decades. That is a narrow skill, and it is sharpened by repetition rather than by breadth.
Then there is the number, which in implant dentistry is often the slipperiest part. A low headline price has a habit of growing once the scan, the sedation, the extractions, the abutments and the final teeth are added back in. Ours do not: $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge, each all-inclusive and written into your plan at the consultation before you commit to anything.
Getting here from Carrollton
From central and east Carrollton, the President George Bush Turnpike east to the Dallas North Tollway, north a few miles, and off at Plano Parkway — about 20 minutes, tolled on both legs. From Hebron, Josey and the western side, Frankford Road or Trinity Mills east to Midway Road and north to Plano Parkway is toll-free and usually within a few minutes of the same time outside peak hours.
Free surface parking sits directly in front of the building, Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access, and a consultation takes about an hour. Our site is also published in Spanish if that is easier for a family member coming with you.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
