Where we are, from Allen
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 12 miles south of Allen and about 25 minutes in ordinary traffic. From the Watters Creek and US-75 side of the city the quick line is 75 south to the President George Bush Turnpike and west to the Dallas North Tollway; from the Bethany Drive and Alma side it is usually faster to come down Custer or Coit and cross west on Plano Parkway, which keeps the whole trip off the toll roads.
We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Allen branch, no satellite clinic and no surgeon who visits one day a month. What there is instead is a team that places implants every working day, and a price for each treatment that is written down before you agree to anything.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Allen come to us
Allen is a city of roughly 110,000 people and it is not short of dentists. Between the practices along Stacy Road, the ones around Watters Creek and the long run of offices on US-75, a resident has no difficulty finding general dentistry, and a good number of those practices list implants among the services they offer. So the honest question is not who is closest. It is how often the person doing your surgery does this particular operation.
Full-arch implant work is a narrow discipline. It means reading a CBCT scan to judge the bone you actually have, planning around the sinus and the nerve, managing extractions on the day, deciding whether an arch can carry teeth immediately, and delivering a prosthesis that has to survive decades of chewing. It is a different job from crowns, fillings and hygiene, and it is one that rewards doing it constantly rather than occasionally.
The second thing to pin down is the number. Implant quotes have a reputation for moving — a low headline figure that grows once imaging, sedation, extractions, abutments and the final teeth are added back. Ours are all-inclusive and written into your plan at the consultation: $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge. Twenty-five minutes south is a short drive for a figure that does not move.
Getting here from Allen
Two routes work, and which is better depends on where in Allen you start. From the east side and the US-75 corridor, take 75 south to the President George Bush Turnpike, west to the Dallas North Tollway, then south and off at Plano Parkway — fast, and tolled on two sections. From the west side around Alma and Bethany, come south on Custer Road or Coit Road and turn west on Plano Parkway; it is a signaled run but costs nothing and in the morning peak it is often no slower.
Allow about 25 minutes outside rush hour and closer to 35 between 7:30 and 9am or 4:30 and 6:30pm. Parking is free surface parking directly in front of the building, Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator, and a consultation takes about an hour — so the round trip is a comfortable half-morning rather than a day out.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
