Where we are, from Garland
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 18 miles northwest of the downtown Garland square and about a 28-minute drive. The President George Bush Turnpike does nearly all of the work: join SH-190 heading west near Firewheel or Jupiter Road and stay on it until the Plano Parkway exit. From the Lake Ray Hubbard side of the city, allow a little longer at the eastern end.
We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Garland location, no satellite and no visiting clinic. The practice does implant surgery and nothing else, and the price of every treatment is published before you make an appointment.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Garland come to us
Garland is a city of roughly 245,000 and an established one rather than a new-build suburb. Much of the housing stock dates from the 1960s through the 1980s, and a good deal of it is still owner-occupied by the people who bought it. That matters here, because the dental questions that come with a long life in one house are not the questions a thirty-year-old asks. Bridgework that is starting to fail, teeth crowned decades ago, a partial denture that has stopped fitting properly — that is the territory where full-arch treatment becomes the real conversation rather than a single missing tooth.
If that is roughly your situation, the first thing you want is a total number, and the second is confidence that the number will not move. So here it is without the hedging: a fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch, all-inclusive. That covers the CBCT scan, the extractions, the sedation, the surgery, the abutments and the final teeth. A Malo bridge is under $20,000 per arch on exactly the same basis. Nothing is quoted as a starting price and then reassembled into a larger invoice once treatment is under way.
Twenty-eight minutes on the turnpike buys you that figure in writing at a free consultation, with nothing placed on the day and no obligation to go ahead.
Getting here from Garland
The turnpike is essentially the whole route. Pick up SH-190 westbound — from Firewheel, from Jupiter Road, or from Miles Road if you are further south — and stay on it past US-75 and the Dallas North Tollway to the Plano Parkway exit, then a short run west. Reckon on 28 minutes off-peak and 40 or more travelling into the morning rush. SH-190 is a toll road for the length you will use.
Parking at the office is free and directly in front of the door, and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. Consultations run about an hour, so the whole trip sits comfortably inside a half-day.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
