The Honest Argument

Why patients from Addison come to us

Addison is an unusual case. Around 17,000 people live in the town, but well over a hundred thousand are in it on a working day — it is a dense block of offices, hotels and something close to two hundred restaurants, wrapped around an airport that takes up roughly an eighth of the land. A great many of the people we see from Addison do not live there at all. They work there, and fifteen minutes up the Tollway is a long lunch rather than a day off.

That is worth saying plainly because it changes the logistics. A consultation here takes about an hour, including the 3D CBCT scan, and it can sit comfortably inside a midday gap. Surgery cannot — if you are sedated you will need someone to drive you home, and you should plan to take the day. But the first visit, where you find out what your bone will actually support and what it will cost, is easy to fit around a working week.

The clinical argument is the same one we would make to anyone. Implant surgery is a narrow discipline: reading bone from a three-dimensional scan, planning around the sinus and the nerve, managing extractions on the day, judging immediate loading, and building teeth meant to last decades. It rewards doing it constantly. And the price is all-inclusive and written down before you commit — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge — with the scan, the sedation, the extractions and the final restoration already inside the figure.

Getting Here

Getting here from Addison

The Dallas North Tollway north from Addison to the Plano Parkway exit is the whole route — about 6 miles and 15 minutes, tolled. Midway Road or Marsh Lane north to Plano Parkway is free and runs a few minutes longer. From the Addison Circle and Vitruvian Park side, either works; from the airport and Keller Springs side, the Tollway is the obvious choice.

Free surface parking is directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. A consultation takes about an hour, which from Addison makes the round trip comfortably under two.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Addison Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Addison

How far is Innate Dental from Addison, TX?

+
About 6 miles and roughly 15 minutes — the shortest run to our office from any city outside Plano itself. The Dallas North Tollway north to the Plano Parkway exit is the direct route; Midway Road or Marsh Lane north is toll-free and only slightly slower outside rush hour.

I work in Addison but live elsewhere. Can I come on a lunch break?

+
For the consultation, usually yes. It takes about an hour and includes the 3D CBCT scan, the examination and a written all-inclusive quote, and nothing is placed on the day. Surgery is different — sedation means you will need a driver and should plan to take the day off. Many of the patients we see from Addison are people who work in the office corridor there rather than residents, and the first visit generally fits inside a long midday break.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
