Frisco, Collin and Denton Counties

Where we are, from Frisco

Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 10 miles south of central Frisco and a 10 to 15 minute drive. The Dallas North Tollway is the obvious line; Preston Road and Legacy Drive both work and are untolled if you would rather not pay for the privilege.

We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Frisco branch, no satellite and no visiting surgeon. The practice does implant surgery and nothing else, and every price is published before you book.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

Single Implant

From $2,100

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Frisco come to us

Frisco has grown faster than almost anywhere in Texas, and dentistry has grown with it. Along Preston, around the Star, out towards Panther Creek — there is no shortage of practices, and a good many of them list implants among their services. Which is exactly why the useful question is not who is closest, but how often the person operating does this particular procedure.

Full-arch work is a narrow discipline. It means reading usable bone off a CBCT rather than guessing from a flat film, deciding whether a posterior implant can be tilted to avoid grafting a sinus, judging whether an arch is stable enough to carry teeth the same week, and delivering a prosthetic result that has to survive decades of chewing. It rewards daily repetition in a way that routine restorative dentistry does not.

The second reason is the number. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive. A fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. A Malo bridge is $17,500 per arch through 31 December 2026 and $25,000 per arch after that. Those figures include the CBCT scan, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, routine grafting, the abutments and the final teeth — and they are written into your plan at a consultation that costs nothing.

Getting Here

Getting here from Frisco

South on the Dallas North Tollway to the Plano Parkway exit, then a short run west; the office is on the north side of the road. Ten to fifteen minutes from most of Frisco outside peak hours, and nearer twenty-five heading south between 7:30 and 9am. Preston Road and Legacy Drive are the untolled alternatives and cost only a few minutes off-peak.

Parking is free surface parking directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. A consultation runs about an hour. If your appointment involves sedation you will not be able to drive yourself home afterwards, so bring someone — it is the detail out-of-area patients most often forget until the morning.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Frisco Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Frisco

How far is Innate Dental from Frisco?

+
About 10 miles and 10 to 15 minutes from central Frisco to 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200. The Dallas North Tollway is the fastest route to the Plano Parkway exit; Preston Road and Legacy Drive are untolled and barely slower outside rush hour. Allow longer southbound in the weekday morning peak.

Is there a dental implant specialist in Frisco, or do I need to come to Plano?

+
Frisco has plenty of general dental practices and a number of them place implants. What is harder to find in any one suburb is a practice that does implant surgery exclusively, because the case volume to sustain one has to come from a wide area. Ours is in Plano, fifteen minutes south, and that is the whole of it — we have no Frisco location. Whether the drive is worth it depends on how much weight you put on daily surgical volume and on having an all-inclusive price in writing after the first visit.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
