The direct route is US-75 south and then west on the President George Bush Turnpike; if you are starting from Craig Ranch or the Custer Road side of the city, SH-121 across to the Dallas North Tollway and south to Plano Parkway is usually the faster line.
We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no McKinney branch, no satellite and no visiting surgeon. What there is instead is a team that places implants every working day, and a price for every treatment that is published before you book anything.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.

Getting here from McKinney
The straightforward route is US-75 south to the President George Bush Turnpike, west to the Dallas North Tollway, then south and off at Plano Parkway. From the square, budget about 25 minutes with clear roads and closer to 35 between 7:30 and 9am or 4:30 and 6:30pm. From Craig Ranch and the Stonebridge side of McKinney, SH-121 west to the Tollway is the better run. The turnpike and Tollway sections are tolled.

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options.
