Where we are, from Bonham
Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 60 road miles south-west of the Fannin County courthouse and roughly seventy minutes’ drive. SH-121 runs most of the way, down through Trenton and Melissa to McKinney, where it joins US-75 and the President George Bush Turnpike.
We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Bonham location and no visiting clinic. The practice does implant surgery and nothing else, and the price of every treatment is published before you make an appointment.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Bonham come to us
Bonham is a small county seat, and in a town of around ten thousand people a narrow dental specialty was never going to be available locally. That is not a complaint about Fannin County dentistry — it is arithmetic. What it means in practice is that implant work has always involved a drive, and the useful question is which direction and how often.
SH-121 is a good answer to the first part. The road improves steadily as you go: two-lane through the farmland at the Bonham end, then dual carriageway from Melissa, then a full freeway through McKinney. Unlike a run into central Dallas, almost none of it is stop-start, which is why seventy minutes is a fairly honest figure rather than an optimistic one.
The second part — how often — is where the pathway matters more than the map. A single implant is normally two or three appointments. A full arch is planned around a free consultation with the 3D scan in one visit, then a surgery day. Prices are fixed and all-inclusive: $2,100 for a single implant, $8,000 per arch for snap-on dentures, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, and $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge through 31 December 2026, then $25,000 per arch. The scan, sedation, extractions on the day, abutments and final teeth are all inside those figures.
Getting here from Bonham
SH-121 south-west from Bonham through Trenton, Leonard and Melissa to McKinney, then US-75 south to the President George Bush Turnpike and west to Plano Parkway. Allow seventy minutes off-peak. The two-lane section at the northern end is the part that varies, because a slow truck can cost you ten minutes before there is anywhere to pass. The turnpike is tolled.
Parking is free and directly in front of the building; Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. Consultations take about an hour. If you are having sedation, you will need someone to drive you back up 121 afterwards — worth arranging when you book rather than on the day.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
