Where we are, from Sulphur Springs
Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 85 road miles west of Sulphur Springs and roughly ninety-five minutes’ drive. It is a straightforward run: I-30 west for the great majority of it, then the President George Bush Turnpike north and west to Plano Parkway.
We have one office and it is in Plano. No Sulphur Springs location, no satellite and no visiting surgeon. At an hour and a half each way, the thing that decides whether this is practical is how few trips the treatment needs, so that is what we plan around.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Sulphur Springs come to us
Hopkins County is the same I-30 corridor as Greenville, half again as far out. The difference that distance makes is not really about the driving — I-30 is an easy road — it is about trip count. Three appointments is a manageable commitment at ninety-five minutes each way. Eight is not. So the pathway matters more than the mileage.
In practice: the free consultation and the 3D CBCT scan are one visit of about an hour, and you leave with a written all-inclusive price and a schedule. For cases where the scan supports it, implant placement and a fixed provisional set of teeth happen on a single surgery day — our 48-hour pathway page sets out what has to be true for that, and it is not true for every patient. The final prosthesis and healing checks follow. We write the expected number of visits into your plan at the consultation, before you commit to anything.
The prices behind that plan are fixed: $2,100 for a single implant, $8,000 per arch for snap-on dentures, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, and $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge through 31 December 2026, then $25,000 per arch. All-inclusive means the scan, the sedation, the extractions on the day, the abutments and the final teeth are in the number. At this distance a quote that moves later is not just annoying, it is three hours of driving you did not need to do.
Getting here from Sulphur Springs
I-30 west from Sulphur Springs for about sixty miles, then the President George Bush Turnpike north and west past US-75 and the Dallas North Tollway, off at Plano Parkway. Ninety-five minutes is realistic outside the peaks; the last twenty minutes are the part that varies, since the turnpike carries commuter traffic that I-30 at Greenville does not. The turnpike is tolled.
There is free parking immediately outside the door, and Suite 200 is reached by elevator on the second floor. A consultation runs about an hour, which makes that first trip a half-day and no more. Surgery days are not: they take most of a day, sedation rules out driving yourself home, and a number of patients from Hopkins County choose to stay in Plano the night before. Our out-of-town patients page has the hotels and the timings.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
