Where we are, from Little Elm
Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — roughly 17 miles southeast of Little Elm Park and about a 28-minute drive. Most of the route is the Dallas North Tollway: south from US-380, past Frisco, and off at Plano Parkway. From the western neighborhoods along the Lake Lewisville shoreline, FM 423 down to SH-121 and then east is often the better line.
We have a single office and it is in Plano — no Little Elm location, no satellite and no visiting clinic. Implants are the only work the practice does, and the price of each treatment is published before you book.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Little Elm come to us
Little Elm has roughly 57,000 residents now, most of whom arrived in the last twenty years as the subdivisions spread out along the lake. Fast-growing suburbs get dental practices early, because a growing population needs cleanings, children’s dentistry and crowns, and those services arrive more or less with the houses. Surgical specialties arrive much later, if at all, because they need a whole catchment behind them rather than a neighborhood.
So the choice a Little Elm resident is usually weighing is not between two implant practices. It is between having implant surgery done by a general dentist who places some, and driving half an hour to a team that places them daily. That is a genuine decision with something to be said on both sides — convenience against volume — and it is worth making deliberately rather than by default.
What we can put on the table is specific. Implants are all we do. The planning, the surgery and the final teeth stay with one team. A 3D CBCT scan is included in the free consultation. And the quote you leave with is all-inclusive and written down: $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, with nothing added afterwards for imaging, sedation, extractions or the restoration itself.
Getting here from Little Elm
The simple version is the Dallas North Tollway. Join it at US-380 heading south, run down past Frisco, and take the Plano Parkway exit; the office is just west of there on the north side. That is around 17 miles and about 28 minutes off-peak, longer if you leave during the morning commute, and the Tollway is tolled the whole way. From the FM 423 side of town, dropping south to SH-121 and heading east is often quicker than backtracking up to 380.
Parking is free and directly outside, Suite 200 is upstairs by elevator, and a consultation runs about an hour — a half-morning, door to door.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
