Where we are, from Murphy
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 13 miles northwest of Murphy and a little over 20 minutes in clear traffic. The toll-free line is Renner Road west across the top of Richardson and then north on Coit or Custer to Plano Parkway. If you would rather trade a couple of dollars for a steadier speed, the President George Bush Turnpike west to the Dallas North Tollway gets you there without a traffic light.
Murphy has around 21,000 residents, wedged between Plano, Richardson, Wylie and Sachse with the turnpike running along its edge. We have one office and it is in Plano — no Murphy branch, no satellite, no visiting surgeon. Implants are the only work done there.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Murphy come to us
A city of 21,000 supports family dentistry, and Murphy has that. What a city of 21,000 does not support is a practice doing implant surgery every working day, because the case numbers are simply not there. That is not a criticism of anyone practising in Murphy; it is arithmetic, and it is the ordinary arrangement in a small city ringed by larger ones.
It matters here more than it would for routine work. Full-arch implant treatment means judging bone from a CBCT scan rather than a flat X-ray, planning around the sinus above and the nerve below, handling extractions on the day of surgery, deciding whether an arch can be loaded immediately, and producing teeth that have to last decades. Those judgements get better with repetition in a way that fillings and cleanings do not, which is the whole argument for a twenty-five minute drive.
The rest is the same for every patient we see. Implants only, with no general or cosmetic dentistry alongside them. One surgical team from planning through to the final teeth. A 3D CBCT scan inside the free consultation. And an all-inclusive written price — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge — with the imaging, the sedation, the extractions and the restoration already inside the figure.
Getting here from Murphy
The surface route is Renner Road west, across the north edge of Richardson, then north on Coit Road or Custer Road and west on Plano Parkway. About 13 miles, a little over 20 minutes outside peak, and no tolls. The turnpike alternative — the President George Bush Turnpike west to the Dallas North Tollway, north to Plano Parkway — is a few minutes quicker when the arterials are busy and costs a toll on both legs.
Free parking sits directly outside the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. A consultation runs about an hour.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
