Wylie, Collin County

Where we are, from Wylie

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 20 miles west of downtown Wylie and roughly 28 minutes by car. The usual route is SH-78 southwest to the President George Bush Turnpike, then west on SH-190 across Richardson and Plano to the Plano Parkway exit. If you are north of downtown, out toward Lake Lavon, cutting across on FM 544 or Parker Road is the toll-free alternative.

We have a single office, in Plano. There is no Wylie location and no visiting clinic. The practice places implants every working day, does no other kind of dentistry, and publishes what each treatment costs.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Wylie come to us

Wylie has gone from a small town to a city of about 62,000 in a couple of decades, and its dental provision has grown alongside it — family practices, general dentistry, orthodontics. Full-arch implant surgery is a different order of thing. It depends on CBCT planning, on judgement about immediate loading, and on a prosthetic result expected to survive twenty or thirty years of daily use. Practices built around it are uncommon anywhere, and they tend to cluster where the population is densest rather than spreading evenly across the suburbs. For Wylie, that means a drive west.

Twenty-eight minutes is a real drive, so it is worth being plain about what it buys. A team whose entire caseload is implants, which means your plan is made and carried out by the same people. A 3D CBCT scan taken at the free consultation rather than a referral to go and get one. And an all-inclusive figure in writing at that first visit — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch fixed, under $20,000 per arch for a Malo bridge — with the sedation, the extractions and the final teeth already inside the number rather than added to it later.

Getting Here

Getting here from Wylie

From downtown Wylie, SH-78 southwest to the President George Bush Turnpike, then west on SH-190 through Richardson and Plano and off at Plano Parkway. Roughly 20 miles and about 28 minutes when the road is clear, 40 minutes or more if you set off into the morning peak. The turnpike section is tolled. Coming from the Lake Lavon side, FM 544 west and then Parker Road is slower but avoids the tolls.

Free parking sits directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor. Allow about an hour for a consultation, which keeps the whole trip inside a half-day.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Wylie Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Wylie

How far is Innate Dental from Wylie?

+
About 20 miles and typically 28 minutes: SH-78 southwest to the President George Bush Turnpike, then west on SH-190 to the Plano Parkway exit. Expect 40 minutes or more in weekday rush hour. FM 544 and Parker Road make a toll-free alternative that takes a little longer.

Can I have full-arch implants done in Wylie, or is Plano the nearest option?

+
We can only speak for our own practice: our single location is in Plano, about 28 minutes from downtown Wylie, and there is no Wylie office. Whether something closer to you exists is worth checking locally. The two questions worth asking any practice you consider are how many full-arch cases they place in a typical month, and exactly what their quoted price includes — imaging, sedation, extractions and the final teeth, or just the surgery. Those answers are more informative than the mileage.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
