Where we are, from Lewisville
Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 13 miles east of Old Town Lewisville and roughly a 22-minute drive. The run is close to a straight line: SH-121 east to the Dallas North Tollway, south a few miles, then off at Plano Parkway. From the Vista Ridge and Round Grove side of the city, the President George Bush Turnpike east is the sensible alternative.
There is one Innate office and it is in Plano — no Lewisville location, no satellite and no visiting clinic. The practice does implant surgery exclusively, and the price of every treatment is published before you book.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Lewisville come to us
Lewisville sits at the western end of the SH-121 corridor, and that corridor is why the drive feels shorter than the map suggests. There is no stitching together of arterials and no crossing the grain of the road network — one highway east, one short hop south, and you are at the door. For a city of about 135,000 spread between the lake and I-35E, that is an unusually clean run to a specialist practice.
The reason to make it has nothing to do with geography. Implant surgery is one of the few areas of dentistry where the operator’s daily volume shows up in the result: in how confidently the bone is read on a scan, in where implants are angled to avoid a graft altogether, in whether an arch can safely carry teeth the same week. We do implants and nothing else, which means the planning, the surgery and the final restoration all sit with one team rather than being handed between a referring dentist and a surgeon you will not see again.
Pricing is the other half of it. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive and a fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. Those figures include the imaging, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day and the final teeth, and they are written into your plan at the free consultation rather than quoted as a range.
Getting here from Lewisville
Take SH-121, the Sam Rayburn Tollway, east to the Dallas North Tollway, head south a few miles and exit at Plano Parkway; the office is a short distance west on the north side of the road. Off-peak that is around 22 minutes from Old Town, with perhaps ten minutes more in the weekday crush. From Vista Ridge, the President George Bush Turnpike east and then north up the Tollway works about as well. Both routes are tolled.
Parking is free and immediately outside the building, Suite 200 is on the second floor, and a consultation takes about an hour — an easy half-morning round trip.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
