Paris, Lamar County

Where we are, from Paris

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 100 road miles west of Paris and close to two hours’ drive on US-82 and SH-121. That is a long way, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What follows is written on the assumption that you will only make this trip if the pathway is built around making few of them.

We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Paris location, no satellite and no visiting surgeon. For patients at this distance we treat the whole thing as out-of-town care and plan it that way from the first phone call.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Paris come to us

At two hours, drive time stops being the argument. Nobody drives from Lamar County to Plano for a cleaning, and nobody should. The only reason to make this trip is a procedure that is done rarely in a lifetime, costs a significant amount, and is difficult to redo if it is done badly — which describes full-arch implant treatment fairly exactly.

What changes the arithmetic is how few visits it takes. The free consultation and the 3D CBCT scan happen in a single appointment of about an hour, and you leave with a written all-inclusive price. For suitable cases, implant placement and a fixed provisional set of teeth happen on one surgery day; our 48-hour pathway explains what has to be true on the scan for that to be possible, and it is not true for everybody. The final prosthesis and the follow-ups come later, and we will map out the whole schedule in writing at the consultation so you can see the travel before you agree to anything.

Prices are fixed, published and all-inclusive, which matters more at this distance than at twenty minutes: $2,100 for a single implant, $8,000 per arch for snap-on dentures, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, and $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge through 31 December 2026, rising to $25,000 per arch on 1 January 2027. The CBCT scan, the sedation, the extractions on the day, the abutments and the final teeth are all inside the figure. Driving two hours to be re-quoted would be intolerable, so we do not do it.

Getting Here

Getting here from Paris

US-82 west from Paris, then down through Bonham and McKinney on SH-121 to US-75, the President George Bush Turnpike west and off at Plano Parkway. Around an hour and fifty-five minutes with clear roads. Some patients prefer I-30 west from the Paris area instead, which is a similar time and a less varied road; either works, and the last twenty minutes are the same whichever you choose.

For surgery days we would strongly suggest arriving the night before. A two-hour drive on the morning of a long procedure is a poor start, sedation means you cannot drive yourself home afterwards, and the hotels nearest the office are a few minutes away. Our out-of-town patients page lists them along with timings and what to bring. Parking at the office is free and directly outside, and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Paris Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Paris

Can everything be done in one trip from Paris?

+
Not everything, and we would be misleading you to say so. The consultation and 3D scan are one visit. For suitable cases, surgery and a fixed provisional set of teeth are a second visit, usually across two days. The final prosthesis and the healing checks come after that. Realistically that is three or four trips for a full arch, and we will give you the exact expected schedule in writing at the consultation so you can plan around it rather than find out as you go.

Where do patients from Paris stay when they travel for surgery?

+
There are several hotels within a few minutes of 4708 W Plano Pkwy, and most out-of-town patients having full-arch surgery stay the night before, the night after, or both. It is not compulsory and some patients travel the same day with a driver. Our out-of-town patients page sets out the options, and traveling for dental implants covers how to plan the trip.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
