Dental Implants in Greenville, TX
An implant-only practice one interstate west, at the far end of I-30. All-inclusive pricing from $2,100, a single surgical team led by Ozayr Mahomed, DMD (Dr. Oz), and a written price before you commit to anything.
Where we are, from Greenville
Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 55 road miles west of Greenville and roughly sixty-five minutes’ drive. The route is two roads: I-30 west to the President George Bush Turnpike, then north and west around to the Plano Parkway exit.
We have a single office and it is in Plano. There is no Greenville location and no visiting clinic. What the practice does is implant surgery, every working day, at prices published before you make an appointment.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Greenville come to us
Greenville is where Hunt County goes for healthcare. That concentration works well for most things and less well for narrow specialties, because a single county simply does not generate enough full-arch implant cases in a year to keep a dedicated practice busy. The work goes where the volume is, which in this part of Texas means the north-eastern edge of the Metroplex.
The practical consequence is that you are probably already used to driving I-30 for something. The question is whether an implant case justifies the same trip, and the honest answer depends on scale. One missing tooth is well within the range of a good general dentist and you should not drive an hour for it unless you want to. A failing upper arch is a different proposition: it involves extractions, a judgement about immediate loading that can only be made from a 3D scan, and a prosthetic result that has to survive decades of chewing. That is a repetition-rewarding job.
Pricing is the other half of the decision, and ours is fixed and public: $2,100 for a single implant, $8,000 per arch for snap-on dentures, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, and $17,500 per arch for a Malo bridge through 31 December 2026, rising to $25,000 per arch on 1 January 2027. Imaging, sedation, the day’s extractions, the abutments and the final teeth are inside each of those numbers, so what you are quoted on the first visit is what you pay.
Getting here from Greenville
I-30 west from Greenville to the President George Bush Turnpike at Rowlett, then the turnpike north and west past US-75 and the Dallas North Tollway to the Plano Parkway exit. About sixty-five minutes with clear roads; allow eighty or more heading into the morning peak, when the I-30 approach to the turnpike is the slow part. The turnpike is tolled, I-30 is not.
Parking is free surface parking directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. Consultations take about an hour. If your plan involves sedation, note that you will not be able to drive yourself back along I-30 afterwards, so bring a driver to that appointment — it is the single most common thing out-of-town patients forget.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
