Parker, Collin County

Where we are, from Parker

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 13 miles west of Parker and roughly 20 minutes’ drive, most of it on a single road. Parker Road runs west out of town, straight through north Plano and across US-75, and meets the Dallas North Tollway; from there it is a short hop south to Plano Parkway.

Parker is a small place — around 6,000 residents on large lots, with Southfork Ranch as its best-known landmark — and most of what its residents need day to day sits a short drive away in the surrounding cities. Dental care included. We have one office, in Plano, and implants are the only work done there.

There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Parker come to us

Parker is one of the shortest drives to our office of any city we write about, and the reason is plain road geometry. Parker Road runs almost due west from the town into Plano and passes within a couple of miles of us. There is no turnpike to join, no lake to go around and no interchange to negotiate — about twenty minutes, essentially one road, most of it at 45 miles an hour.

At around 6,000 residents, Parker is not the kind of town that supports specialist practices of any sort. It is deliberately low-density, and its services sit in the cities around it. That is the ordinary arrangement here, and for implant care it works in your favor: a procedure you will have once and then live with for decades is exactly the sort of thing worth choosing on the merits of the surgical team rather than on proximity, and in Parker’s case choosing that way costs you almost nothing in driving.

The specifics are the same as for every patient we see. Implants exclusively, with no general or cosmetic work alongside them. One surgical team from the planning through to the final teeth. A 3D CBCT scan included in the free consultation. And an all-inclusive written price — $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch — that already contains the imaging, the sedation, any extractions and the restoration.

Getting Here

Getting here from Parker

Parker Road west is effectively the whole route: out of town into north Plano, over US-75, and on to the Dallas North Tollway, then south and off at Plano Parkway. Around 13 miles and about 20 minutes. It is a signaled arterial for much of the way, so traffic slows it rather than lengthening it — the morning peak might add ten minutes. Stay on the surface streets and the trip is toll-free.

Free parking sits directly outside the building, Suite 200 is on the second floor, and a consultation takes about an hour.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Parker Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Parker

How far is Innate Dental from Parker, TX?

+
About 13 miles and roughly 20 minutes. Parker Road runs west from Parker straight into north Plano; take it across US-75 to the Dallas North Tollway, then south to the Plano Parkway exit. It is one of the shortest drives to our office from anywhere in Collin County, and staying on surface streets keeps it toll-free.

Parker is a very small town — do you treat patients from places like it?

+
Our catchment is the northern half of the Metroplex rather than any one city, and a great deal of that area is smaller Collin and Denton County towns where specialist care of any kind means a short drive. Parker is about 20 minutes out. There is no Parker office — we have a single location, in Plano — but the distance is small enough that even a full-arch case, which involves several appointments spread over some months, is not a logistical problem.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
