Fairview, Collin County

Where we are, from Fairview

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 17 miles southwest of Fairview and roughly a 24-minute drive. The usual route is Stacy Road west to US-75, south to the President George Bush Turnpike, then west to the Dallas North Tollway and down to Plano Parkway.

Fairview sits between Allen and McKinney along the Stacy Road corridor, and its roughly 11,000 residents live mostly on large lots under the town’s low-density zoning. We have one office and it is in Plano — no Fairview location, no satellite, no visiting surgeon. Implants are the only procedure the practice performs, and prices are published before you book.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Fairview come to us

Fairview is a small town of about 11,000 that is deliberately kept that way. Its zoning favors acre lots and open space, so the shops, offices and clinics that serve it sit in Allen and McKinney on either side, with the retail center along Stacy Road doing much of the local work. Residents are already used to driving fifteen or twenty minutes for anything specialized. Twenty-four minutes to Plano is not a departure from that pattern — it is the pattern.

Which means the question is only ever about the treatment itself. Two things are worth knowing before you compare us with anywhere else. The first is that this practice does implant surgery and nothing else — no hygiene, no orthodontics, no general restorative work — so the surgeon planning your case has spent the day doing the same procedure. The second is the pricing: $2,100 for a single implant, $13,000 per arch for a fixed full arch, under $20,000 per arch for a Malo bridge, each figure all-inclusive of the CBCT scan, the sedation, any extractions, the abutments and the final teeth. You get it in writing at the free consultation and you take it away with you.

Getting Here

Getting here from Fairview

Stacy Road west to US-75, south to the President George Bush Turnpike, west to the Dallas North Tollway, then south and off at Plano Parkway — roughly 17 miles and about 24 minutes when the roads are clear. The turnpike and Tollway sections are tolled. If you would rather avoid them, Custer Road runs south the length of Plano and joins Plano Parkway a few minutes east of us, at the cost of about ten minutes and a lot of traffic lights.

Parking is free and directly in front of the building, Suite 200 is on the second floor, and consultations take about an hour, which keeps the round trip inside a half-morning.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Fairview Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Fairview

How long is the drive from Fairview to your Plano office?

+
About 24 minutes and roughly 17 miles. Stacy Road west to US-75, south to the President George Bush Turnpike, then west to the Dallas North Tollway and south to the Plano Parkway exit. Allow extra in the morning peak. Custer Road south through Plano is the toll-free alternative and takes around ten minutes longer.

Do you see patients from Fairview, or should I be looking in Allen or McKinney?

+
We have a single office, in Plano, about 24 minutes from Fairview, and no location in Fairview, Allen or McKinney. Whether to look closer to home is a reasonable question, and the way to settle it is to ask any practice you are considering two things: how much full-arch implant work they do in a typical month, and exactly what their quoted price includes. Both answers are easier to compare than distance is.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
