Sherman, Grayson County

Where we are, from Sherman

Innate Dental Solutions is an implant-only practice at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 55 road miles from the Grayson County courthouse and roughly an hour’s drive. There is effectively one turn in it: US-75 south the whole way, then west on the President George Bush Turnpike to Plano Parkway.

We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Sherman location, no satellite and no visiting surgeon. At this distance the question worth asking is not how far it is, but how many times you have to make the trip — so that is what the rest of this page is about.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Sherman come to us

Sherman has grown quickly, and dentistry has grown with it. You will find good general dentists along Texoma Parkway and around the square, and several of them place implants. What is harder to find in a city this size, or in any city this size, is a practice that does implant surgery and nothing else — because the case volume to support one has to come from a wide area.

That matters most for full-arch work. Reading usable bone off a CBCT scan, deciding whether a posterior implant can be tilted to avoid a sinus graft, judging whether an arch is stable enough to carry teeth the same week: those are judgements that improve with repetition in a way that routine restorative dentistry does not. If you are replacing one tooth, local care is a perfectly reasonable answer. If you are replacing an arch, daily volume is the thing worth driving for.

The second reason is the number. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive. A fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. A Malo bridge is $17,500 per arch through 31 December 2026 and $25,000 per arch from 1 January 2027. Those figures include the CBCT scan, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final teeth, and they are written into your plan at the consultation rather than quoted as a range that firms up later.

Getting Here

Getting here from Sherman

US-75 south from Sherman to the President George Bush Turnpike, west past the Dallas North Tollway, then off at Plano Parkway. Allow about an hour off-peak and closer to an hour and twenty minutes if you are arriving between 7:30 and 9am. The turnpike section is tolled; US-75 is not. Coming back north in the late afternoon is the slow direction, so an early appointment is usually the better choice.

Plan on two trips for a single implant and, for most full-arch cases, a consultation visit followed by a surgery day. Parking is free and directly outside; Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. The consultation runs about an hour. Surgery days are long, and if you are sedated you cannot drive yourself home — from Sherman that means bringing someone with you, which is worth knowing before you book rather than on the morning.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Sherman Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Sherman

Is driving an hour from Sherman for dental implants worth it?

+
That depends entirely on what you need. For a single implant, a local general dentist who places them regularly is a sensible option and we would say so. For a full arch, the honest case for the drive is case volume and a fixed price: we do implant surgery exclusively, and the all-inclusive figure goes into your plan in writing at the first visit. It is also fewer trips than people expect — most full-arch cases are planned around a consultation and a surgery day rather than a long series of appointments.

How many trips to Plano will I actually have to make from Sherman?

+
For a single implant, usually two or three appointments in total. For a full arch, we plan to keep the count down: the free consultation and the 3D scan happen in one visit, and surgery with the provisional teeth is normally a single day. Follow-ups and the final prosthesis add visits after that, and we will set out the expected schedule in writing before you commit to anything, so you can judge the travel against the treatment.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
