Gainesville, Cooke County

Where we are, from Gainesville

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 60 road miles south-east of Gainesville and roughly seventy minutes’ drive. I-35 south to I-35E does most of it, then the President George Bush Turnpike east to Plano Parkway.

There is one office and it is in Plano. No Gainesville location, no satellite, no visiting surgeon. The practice does implant surgery exclusively, and every price is published before you book anything.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Gainesville come to us

Gainesville sits on the I-35 spine a few miles from the Oklahoma line, which makes the geography unusually simple: the road you would take to Denton is the road you take to us, you just stay on it longer. We see patients from across Cooke County and from the Oklahoma side of the river on exactly that basis.

Cooke County is a county of around forty thousand people, and the arithmetic of that is worth being plain about. A dedicated full-arch implant practice needs a catchment far larger than one rural county to stay busy enough to be good at it. So the choice is not usually between a local implant specialist and a distant one — it is between general dentistry close by, which is the right answer for a great deal of work, and a practice that does this procedure every working day, which is the better answer for an arch.

What you get for the drive, besides volume, is a figure that does not move. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive. A fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. A Malo bridge is $17,500 per arch through 31 December 2026 and $25,000 per arch thereafter. The CBCT scan, the sedation, the extractions on the day, the abutments and the final teeth are all inside those numbers, and the number is written into your plan at a consultation that costs nothing.

Getting Here

Getting here from Gainesville

I-35 south out of Gainesville, continue onto I-35E through Denton, then the President George Bush Turnpike east past the Dallas North Tollway and off at Plano Parkway. Seventy minutes is a fair estimate outside peak hours; the Denton stretch of I-35E is the part that slows down, so an appointment after 9:30am usually travels better than one at 8. The turnpike is tolled.

The office has free parking immediately outside and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. A consultation is about an hour. For surgery days, plan for a long appointment and arrange a driver — sedation rules out driving yourself back up I-35, and that is not a detail you want to discover on the morning.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Gainesville Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Gainesville

Do you see patients from southern Oklahoma as well as Cooke County?

+
Yes. Gainesville is close enough to the state line that a fair number of patients come from the Oklahoma side, and the practicalities are the same for them as for anyone else: a free consultation with a 3D CBCT scan in one visit, an all-inclusive price in writing and a schedule built to keep the number of trips down. Treatment is paid for directly or through one of our financing partners rather than through a state-specific arrangement, so where you live does not change what you are quoted.

Is it better to have implants done locally in Gainesville if I can?

+
For a single tooth, often yes — a general dentist who places implants regularly is a reasonable choice and the drive is hard to justify. For a full arch the balance changes, because the planning and the surgical judgement are the parts that benefit most from doing this every day, and because the final result has to last decades. We would rather you weighed that honestly than drove seventy minutes for something you could have had done well at home.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
