Where we are, from Corsicana
Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 75 road miles north of Corsicana and roughly eighty-five minutes’ drive. I-45 north through Ennis does the bulk of it, then US-75 up through Dallas and the President George Bush Turnpike west to Plano Parkway.
We have a single office and it is in Plano. There is no Corsicana location and no visiting clinic. The practice does implant surgery exclusively, and the price of every treatment is published before you book.
Treatments and all-inclusive prices
Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.
Single Implant
Replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural-feeling result. The price covers the implant, the abutment and the crown.
Snap-On Dentures
A removable denture anchored on two to four implants. Stable and considerably cheaper than a fixed arch for patients missing most or all teeth.
Fixed Full Arch
A non-removable set of teeth carried on four to six implants. You eat, speak and clean much as you would with natural teeth.
Malo Bridge (All-on-4)
The premium fixed-arch option, built on the Malo protocol. Often suits patients with reduced bone volume who want to avoid grafting.
Why patients from Corsicana come to us
There is an obvious objection to this page and it deserves answering directly: driving from Corsicana to Plano means passing a very large amount of dentistry on the way. That is true. What you pass is almost entirely general dentistry, some of which places implants alongside everything else it does, and a number of oral surgery practices. What you would be driving to is a practice that does implant surgery and nothing else, every working day, with the planning, the surgery and the final restoration handled by one team rather than split between a referring dentist and a surgeon you meet once.
Whether that is worth eighty-five minutes depends on the case. For a single tooth it very likely is not, and we would say so on the phone. For a full arch — extractions, a judgement about immediate loading that can only be made from a 3D scan, and a prosthetic result expected to last decades — it is a different calculation, and one worth making deliberately rather than by default.
The pricing is fixed and public, which is also part of the answer. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive. Snap-on dentures are $8,000 per arch. A fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. A Malo bridge is $17,500 per arch until the end of 2026, and $25,000 per arch once 1 January 2027 arrives. Every one of those numbers already has the CBCT scan, the sedation, the day’s extractions, the abutments and the final teeth inside it. If you collect quotes locally first, compare them on what is included rather than on the headline.
Getting here from Corsicana
I-45 north from Corsicana through Ennis to Dallas, then US-75 north and the President George Bush Turnpike west to the Plano Parkway exit. Timing matters more on this route than on most of the others we see, because the central Dallas section of the journey is genuinely congested twice a day: eighty-five minutes off-peak can become two hours between 7 and 9am or 4 and 6:30pm. A mid-morning or early-afternoon appointment is worth asking for.
Parking at the office is free surface parking directly in front of the door, and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. A consultation takes about an hour. For any appointment involving sedation you will need a driver for the trip home — the US-75 and I-45 run through Dallas is not one to attempt afterwards.
The consultation, and what it costs
The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.
You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.
Financing
Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.
