Denison, Grayson County

Where we are, from Denison

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 65 road miles south of Denison and roughly seventy minutes’ drive. It is the same road the whole way: US-75 south, then west on the President George Bush Turnpike to the Plano Parkway exit.

There is one Innate office and it is in Plano. No Denison branch, no satellite clinic, no visiting surgeon. The practice does implant surgery exclusively and publishes the price of every treatment before you book.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Denison come to us

If you live in Denison you already drive for specialist care. The pattern is familiar: routine things locally or in Sherman, anything narrower somewhere further south. Full-arch implant dentistry sits firmly in the second category, and the extra ten or twelve minutes past Sherman is a smaller difference than it looks on a map.

Denison also has a lot of housing that has been lived in for a long time, and the dental consequences of forty years in the same house are different from the ones a younger city brings. Bridgework that has started to fail at the abutments, teeth crowned in the 1990s that are now splitting, a partial that has quietly stopped fitting as the ridge resorbs — that is the territory where full-arch treatment becomes the real conversation rather than a single missing tooth. It is also the territory where quotes get slippery.

So here are ours without the hedging. Snap-on dentures on two to four implants: $8,000 per arch. A fixed full arch: $13,000 per arch. A Malo bridge: $17,500 per arch through 31 December 2026, then $25,000 per arch. All-inclusive means the scan, the sedation, the extractions on the day, the abutments and the final teeth are in the figure. Nothing is quoted as a starting price and then rebuilt into a larger invoice once treatment is under way.

Getting Here

Getting here from Denison

Join US-75 southbound at Denison and stay on it for roughly fifty miles, then take the President George Bush Turnpike west past the Dallas North Tollway and exit at Plano Parkway. Seventy minutes is realistic off-peak; add twenty in the weekday morning build-up. Only the turnpike section is tolled.

Free parking sits directly in front of the building and Suite 200 is on the second floor by elevator. A consultation takes about an hour, which makes the round trip a long morning rather than a whole day. Surgery appointments are different: they run most of a day, sedation means you cannot drive afterwards, and some patients from this far north prefer to stay locally the night before rather than start a surgery day with a 6am drive. Our out-of-town patients page lists the hotels nearest the office.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Denison Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Denison

Can I combine the consultation and the scan into one trip from Denison?

+
Yes, and that is how it is designed. The free consultation includes the 3D CBCT scan, the examination and a written all-inclusive treatment plan, all in a single visit of about an hour. Nothing is placed on the day and there is no deposit, so you drive home with a figure and a schedule rather than a commitment. For patients travelling an hour or more we will also set out the full expected visit count at that appointment so you can plan the travel properly.

Should I stay overnight in Plano for implant surgery?

+
Many patients from the Red River end of Grayson County do, and we think it is sensible. Surgery days are long, IV sedation means somebody else has to drive you home, and starting a procedure after a seventy-minute drive is harder than starting it after a night nearby. It is not required — plenty of patients travel the same day with a companion driving. Our out-of-town patients page covers hotels, timings and what to bring.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
