Athens, Henderson County

Where we are, from Athens

Innate Dental Solutions is at 4708 W Plano Pkwy, Ste 200, in west Plano — about 90 road miles north-west of Athens and roughly an hour and three-quarters’ drive. US-175 runs up through Kaufman to the edge of Dallas, then I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway bring you round to Plano Parkway without going through the middle of the city.

We have one office and it is in Plano. There is no Athens location, no satellite and no visiting clinic. For patients coming this far we plan the treatment as out-of-town care and set out the full visit schedule before anything is agreed.

What We Do

Treatments and all-inclusive prices

Every price below is all-inclusive. The figure covers the consultation, the 3D CBCT scan, the surgery itself, the sedation, any extractions needed on the day, the abutments and the final restoration. There is no separate bill for imaging, no anesthesia surcharge and no staged invoicing for the components. The number written into your plan is the number you pay.

Single Implant

From $2,100

The Honest Argument

Why patients from Athens come to us

Henderson County and the Cedar Creek Lake communities have an older population than the Texas average, and that shapes the dentistry. The cases we see from this part of the state are weighted towards full-arch work rather than single teeth: long-standing bridgework reaching the end of its life, dentures that have become unstable as the ridge has resorbed, and arches where the remaining teeth are no longer worth saving individually.

Those are exactly the cases where the drive can be justified and where it is worth being careful. Full-arch treatment turns on a handful of judgements — how much usable bone the CBCT scan actually shows, whether a posterior implant can be tilted to avoid grafting a sinus, whether an arch is stable enough to carry teeth immediately — and those judgements are the part that improves with doing this every working day rather than occasionally. For a single missing tooth, a good local dentist is a perfectly sensible answer and we will tell you so.

The money is fixed and published, which matters when the alternative is driving three and a half hours round trip to be re-quoted. A single implant is $2,100 all-inclusive. Snap-on dentures are $8,000 per arch. A fixed full arch is $13,000 per arch. The Malo bridge is $17,500 per arch while the current pricing runs, to 31 December 2026, and $25,000 per arch from 1 January 2027 onward. Scan, sedation, extractions on the day, abutments and final teeth all sit inside those figures rather than arriving as separate line items.

Getting Here

Getting here from Athens

US-175 north-west from Athens through Kaufman to the Dallas outskirts, then I-635 north and west, the Dallas North Tollway north, and off at Plano Parkway. About an hour and forty-five minutes off-peak. The advantage of this line is that it keeps you out of central Dallas; the disadvantage is that the I-635 section is one of the busier stretches in the Metroplex at rush hour, so a mid-morning appointment travels considerably better than an early one.

Parking is free and directly in front of the building, with Suite 200 on the second floor by elevator. A consultation takes about an hour. For surgery, plan for most of a day, arrange a driver because sedation rules out driving yourself, and consider staying nearby the night before — our out-of-town patients page lists the hotels closest to the office.

The First Visit

The consultation, and what it costs

The first visit is a free consultation and it includes a 3D CBCT scan — around $400 of diagnostic imaging at most practices, and the only way to see the bone you actually have rather than estimate it from a flat X-ray. The scan shows bone height and width, sinus position and nerve location, and those three things largely determine whether an arch can be loaded immediately, whether grafting is needed, and where implants can safely be placed.

You leave with a written treatment plan and an all-inclusive quote — a figure, not a range, and not one that moves once treatment starts. Nothing is placed on the day of the consultation and there is no obligation to book anything. Most consultations take about an hour.

Paying For It

Financing

Financing is available through Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and several other lenders, with terms running from 6-month no-interest plans through to 120-month extended options. Approval and terms depend on your credit profile rather than on where you live, so the options are the same for every patient we see. Many patients stage treatment across two arches or two calendar years to spread the cost. Typical monthly figures, the full lender list and the application links are on our financing page.

Athens Patient Questions

Questions we hear about the drive from Athens

Is it worth driving from Athens or Cedar Creek Lake for implants?

+
For a single tooth, probably not — there is capable general dentistry much closer and we would rather say that than sell you a drive. For a full arch the case is stronger: the treatment is expensive, hard to redo, and depends on surgical and planning judgement that benefits from daily repetition. The way to test it is a free consultation. You get the 3D scan, the written all-inclusive price and the visit schedule, and you can take all three home and compare them against anything local.

How do I avoid driving through the middle of Dallas from Athens?

+
Stay on US-175 to I-635 rather than continuing on I-30 or US-175 into the downtown interchanges, then take I-635 west to the Dallas North Tollway and head north. That keeps the whole journey on the eastern and northern loops. Timing helps more than routing does: between 10am and 2pm the trip runs close to the hour-forty-five estimate, and in the evening peak it does not.

Is there parking at your Plano office?

+
4708 W Plano Pkwy has free surface parking directly in front of the building — no garage, no ticket and no fee. Suite 200 is on the second floor with elevator access. If you are being sedated for a procedure you will need somebody to drive you home afterwards, so it is worth bringing a companion to that appointment.

Do you offer financing?

+
Yes. We work with Proceed, Lending Club, Cherry, CareCredit, Covered Care and other lenders, with terms from 6-month no-interest plans up to 120 months. Eligibility depends on your credit profile, not on which city you live in. Our financing page sets out the lenders, typical monthly payments and how to apply before your consultation.
